Céline is a third year Computer Science & Psychology student who is fascinated by artificial intelligence, game design & digital humanities. She is super excited to be back on the incredible McWiCS team and to finally bring back in person events for everyone to enjoy! In her free time, she enjoys going on roadtrips, volunteering, anime, binge-watching new shows, and playing the piano.

Signe is a third year Computer Science and Biology student interested in computational biology and using artificial intelligence to analyze biological data sets. She is so happy to be returning to the McWiCS team and can’t wait for an incredible year full of amazing events! She spends her free time exploring, crocheting, cooking or watching anything and everything on Netflix.

Dima is a third year Statistics and Computer Science student, with a minor in Political Science. She’s interested in how technology interacts with our social world, especially through big behavioural data analysis and the growing relevance of cybersecurity. She also loves journalism, music, and reading thrillers.

Rashmi is a U3 Computer Science and Economics student, with a minor in Environment. She is passionate about using her computational and economic knowledge to aid reverse climate change. In her free time Rashmi loves to try new recipes, play volleyball and rewatch Grey's Anatomy!

Ella is a second year Software Engineering student interested in UI/UX design and web development. She’s passionate about travelling and the arts, spending her free time crocheting and bullet journaling. This will be her second year on the McWiCS team!

Vitoria Castelo

Vitoria is in her last year studying Computer Science and Psychology and this is her third year at McWiCS. She is interested in computational modelling and how we can use technology to better understand the brain and human behaviour. She loves solving problems and helping others. When she is not coding, she is most likely meditating, exercising or reading more about neurotechnology!
Juyeon Olivia Song

Juyeon Olivia is a first-year Software Engineering student. Her passion lies in using technologies to uncover and interpret computer/digital evidence in law enforcement (digital forensics). She is very excited to plan industry/networking opportunities for the McGill community! During her free time, you can find her doing photography, reading, or watching Netflix while eating Mr. Puffs.

Vivian is a 4th year Neuroscience and computer science student. This is her first year on the McWics team and can’t wait to bring amazing opportunities to the women in STEM community. She’s passionate about neural computation, travelling, hiking, and playing volleyball (although she’s not too good, but it’s the fun that matters).

Lingjia is a U2 student at McGill, majoring in Computer Science. This is her second year in the Event team of McWiCS. She loves how McWiCS continues to provide opportunities and support to women-identifying individuals in the community. She has a variety of interests, such as travelling, painting, language learning, and is also terribly fascinated with a J-POP band named Arashi.

She is particularly interested in Product Management. In her free time, Micaela can be found exploring new places, FaceTiming friends and family, or fitting a quick workout in her day.

She looks forward to bringing the McGill community together to enjoy and benefit from the McWics events! Some of her interests include playing volleyball(a LOT), running, and playing the piano!

Annie is a second-year student in Computer Games in Computer Science and Psychology. She is excited to be a part of the McWiCS community and enjoys competing at hackathons (the food is a major bonus). She loves spending time with friends and going out, but you'll mostly see her at the library studying till 4 am.

Driven by her passion for working with children, she finds the way data and technology can work together with education to be fascinating and full of potential for improving how we learn and teach.
