Grace Hopper Award
This fall, we are excited to join thousands of bright female technologists in Houston at the Grace Hopper Celebration for Women in Computing. This unique award will be granted to two McGill students passionate about technology for attending the conference in October.
The award will cover registration, lodging and $270 in additional funding for support towards travel expenses. The Computer Science Undergraduate Society(CSUS) covers the registrations and McWiCS supports the housing and transportation for the recipients.
About the application: Completed applications are due by September 1st, 2017 at 11:59 PM EST. Recipients will be selected by professors of the Women @ SOCS committee through an anonymized process. Applications will be notified of decisions via email.
